Cable Harness Integrity Systems

DITMCO 2115

The Model 2115’s compact size makes it the ideal choice for many benchtop or portable cable harness integrity test applications. The small size does not mean you sacrifice functionality. The 2115 delivers a full 1500-volt isolation and 2-amp continuity test stimulus. With the optional AC breakdown test providing 1000 VAC test stimulus, you will meet all test requirements.

The heart of the system is the Master Switching Unit (MSU), which contains all of the control and instrumentation electronics as well as up to 1,000 test points of switching. This single chassis is an entire test system. If you need more test points, you can add Expansion Switching Units (ESUs), up to 1,000 test points per unit. The system expands to a total of 15,000 test points.

DITMCO 2650

The Model 2650 wiring harness analyzer incorporates modularity so that the system conforms to your testing needs. The modular switching units can rack-and-stack in a cabinet to provide concentrated test points or can be distributed around the Unit Under Test (UUT), thus eliminating long, cumbersome adapter cables. In addition, you may reconfigure the system at any time when your needs or the UUT changes.

In order to provide efficient test operations with large UUTs, moving the tester close to the product under test is optimal. The distributed configuration eliminates unwieldy adapter cables that are expensive to rework and difficult to store.

The switch modules can be placed remotely where needed, such as a cockpit or wing section, or can be stacked on a trolley for mobility and flexibility. In addition, you may want to mix racked modules with distributed modules. You make the choice that makes sense for your operation.

DITMCO HT-128

Simplify your wire harness testing. The DIT-MCO HT-128 provides a superior solution for point-to-point continuity analysis. These lightweight, handheld WIRELESS units can serve your diagnostic needs from product development and benchtop testing through field support and maintenance.

The DIT-MCO HT-128 is a distributed cable test system that allows you to connect individual testers to each wire harness branch connector rather than relying on a single, centralized tester and multiple return adapter cables. This distributed approach allows you to use small, battery operated testers that wirelessly link together to achieve the desired wire harness test coverage.

DITMCO 2635

The Model 2635 provides test portability ideal for many maintenance applications.
Not to be outdone by larger systems, this wiring analyzer still has all the power you need for high voltage cable and harness testing.

At 32 pounds (14.5kg), you can easily take this system where it is needed. Its small size means it will fit into tight quarters such as an aircraft cockpit or a locomotive cab. For remote locations, choose the optional battery pack for up to one hour of continuous testing. With up to 400 test points, the Model 2635 tests wiring and components for leakage, resistance, voltage, and capacitance. Ten points of Latching Matrix (LM) allow you to switch power circuits during the testing to control relays and other active components. Performance for Maintenance Depots Test the systems and components that are prone to failure while performing routine maintenance. Portability allows convenient access to the unit under test without long and specialized test adapters. With up to 1,500VDC and 2A test stimulus, the Model 2635 provides reliable fault detection and troubleshooting.
